You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information, or use automated tools to copy or overload it.

We work hard to keep our menu, prices, sauces and hours accurate, but they may change without notice and items may sometimes be unavailable. In case of a conflict, the menu and prices at the restaurant or at checkout apply.

Order Online buttons on the Site take you to third-party payment and ordering services, such as Cash App and Square. Those services are run by their own companies, and your use of them is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or practices.

Online orders stop 30 minutes before closing. Please review your order carefully before paying. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away at (630) 800-3030 and we will work to make it right.

Our chicken and meats are 100% Zabiha Halal. Our kitchen handles ingredients that include wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering.

Our loyalty program is run through Square and currently earns 1 point per $1 spent. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and program rules, rewards and eligibility may be changed or ended at any time. We may remove points earned through misuse or fraud.

Catering requests sent through the Site are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only after we agree to the details with you, and our booking policy on the Catering page applies.

The Wing Zing name, logo, recipes, photos, text and design on the Site belong to Wing Zing or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

The Site links to third-party websites and apps, including social media, app stores and ordering services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wing Zing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the order at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
