Are your chicken wings really halal?+
Yes. All of our chicken is hand-cut and 100% Zabiha Halal, certified by the Halal Food Standards Alliance of America (HFSAA).
What does Zabiha Halal mean?+
Zabiha means the animal is slaughtered by hand according to Islamic requirements. It is a stricter standard than the word halal alone. Read more on our Zabiha Halal page.
Are your wings fresh or frozen?+
Fresh, never frozen. We brine them overnight in kosher sea salt and water with no additives, fry them once in the morning, and fry them again after you order.
Do you have bone-in and boneless wings?+
Yes. Both are available in your choice of sauce or dry rub.
What flavors do you offer?+
Seven signature sauces: Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, Original Buffalo, Honey Hot, Spicy Garlic Parmesan and Mango Habanero. You can also get Naked wings, or choose a dry rub: Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Voodoo Citrus or Nashville Hot.
